Have him seem exactly the same and have a character or two lampshade that by perhaps mentioning how well he’s “aging”. Something like “You barely look a day older then when last I rolled through this region decades ago.” This will hint that he’s doing something to keep himself from aging/or aging slowly, and figure out how to make this a part of this story. 38%
