I really looked forward to Season 4 and enjoyed it a lot! Even though it felt like they tried to fit too many events into a short time—from a surprise wedding to the death of ex-husbands to Maddie moving to NYC.
Helen is definitely my favorite! She stands on her own feet and takes care of the people around her. A stylish lady—and it was about time for them to get together and get engaged!
Dana feels a little lost this season.
I don’t understand the reactions some people have about the gay storyline. In today’s society, no matter where you live, there are all kinds of people. There’s no difference between a single mom, a gay couple, or anyone else. Open your eyes and heart—get real!

I loved Season 4. Excited to see Helen and Erik's wedding. I do also agree with the whole gay part. I get that everyone is and wants to be the way they are. But, this series is not about that and should have never been included. Although this will not turn me away from hopefully Season 5 and more. I do not want it to turn on focus about and for the gay community. The original storyline of 3 best friends growing, and moving forward in all aspects of life is where its at.

SO disappointed in the last episode! What seemed to be an entertaining show about 3 friends in a quaint town turned into a stupid, PC, unrealistic train wreck. It seemed cheap to assume there would not be a greater deal of sadness from Maddie moving away- and get a clue- the kids would not have wanted to leave their friends and home so gleefully. And seriously- you had to go there with Isaac?
The writers should be fired!

Was disappointed in Season 4. It seemed dark and disjointed.
Loved Cal and Maddie’s surprise wedding, but then they barely spent any time together. Instead of turning to her new husband when there was a problem, Maddie continues to “pour it out” to the girlfriends.
Definitely felt like last season and don’t hi k I care if there’s a season 5.

I loved it!! I would definitely want to see Erik and Helens wedding so please have a season 5!! I was so happy to see Noreen and Isaac get a happy ending after all of their pain they went through in the seasons before. So happy to see Maddie and Cal get married and on Halloween!!!! I cried a lot during this season. Also season 5 would answer if Maddie and Ty work through the long distance relationship after all this time.

Why do they have to follow suit with the gay card. It was much better without it. My final season of Sweet Magnolias. it was my favorite until they stooped to this.

Was not happy about the love interest for Issac and it being a gay relationship.
