Justice has been done today. A vote for Madhuvan was a vote for the Light. Well done my friends, well done indeed.
But our work is not done here. Now we set our sights on the hulking behemoth that is WV Rockdale. Yes, it is a strong and intimidating beast, but like all beasts, it must surrender in the end. SD Madhuvan has a small bag of stones and a sling, and it's going to go wreck that Wreckdale. We go again, soon! ;)
This Madhuvan is special. Takes a lot of risks that payoff. Hungersite was fun. But a shredfest ultimately. Rewarding the patience and weirdness of the Madhuvan. You're welcome, Sim Turner.
This Madhuvan is another level. Better than a 9. Hit it out the park!

"Cmon People, Now". Smile on Madhuvan! I thought this was going to be a tough decision but this Madhuvan is just blazing!
Jam starts out with an epic heavy, spacey "Dark Star" feeling section which just slowly builds in intensity from the 8th min until multiple peaks between 14-16mins. It then backs down again into trippiness until it goes on an epic classic rock Madhuvan tear for every second of the last 5 mins. Rick's vintage, psychedelic guitar tone is spot on throughout! This Mad is right up there with Fiddlers and Holmdel in an epic year for AAT.
The Hundersite is good, but wishiy washy for the first 8 mins or so until it gets some balls and finds its feet. I like Trevor's bubbly bass throughout. Good last 10 mins and especially final 3.
But.... It's MAD all the way in this match-up. Spread the news about this Madhuvan and lets get it over the top!!
Im reporting for duty, Sim and Chef. This excellent Madhuvan doesn’t deserve to end its run in the first round. It’s too good to kill so soon.

This hungersite should easily win this matchup. The bliss section is one of my favorite sections of the year. I wish it went on longer, but the second half of the jam is still really great stuff. Probably my most listened to jam of the year, and it should easily win this matchup

SD Madhuvan does a fine job Madhuvaning, but if you’re looking to freak out the norms at your Suoer Bowl party you should go with Fiddler’s or PNC is what I’m saying. On the other hand, this was my favorite Hungersite of the year.
I have this Hungersite slightly higher in my rankings, but may vote SD Madh just to make Sim's day. We'll see

I think it's good, a perfectly bracket-worthy jam, but this Hungersite was higher in my rankings and speaks more to me
Would not be at all surprised to see this Madh advance, though. There is a vocal support club and that can make a big difference, especially in a closely seeded first round matchup
