I'm a complete Lanthimos girlie, so this was a tough one. It would have been even tougher if Dogtooth were on this list. Since it wasn't, I went with Poor Things. (But it was almost The Lobster.)

The Lobster walked so The Favourite could run so Poor Things could fly. Yorgos’s craziness got more refined before it went batshit crazy. So much crazy is just so good.

My favourite is The Favourite. My autocorrect, however, would seem to prefer one of the other two.

His actual best is The Killing of a Sacred Deer, but since that isn't an option I'll go with Poor Things, my favorite film of 2023. These are all great though.

I definitely find things to appreciate in all three of these movies, but the Favourite is the only that I unabashedly love. Emma Stone hitting herself, Rachel Weise climbing onto Olivia Coleman, "Look at me. How dare you!" Bunnies! What's not to love.
Oh! Also the second best dance scene of the century (sorry but Ex-Machina will always be #1) and DUCK RACING!!!
This is a tough one! I think Lobster is the most Lanthimos of the three films, but performances at the center of The Favourite are just undeniable though, Emma Stone was a revelation, I’ve always liked her, but I had no idea she had that kind of performance in her. So as affecting and weird and great as The Lobster is, I’m going with The Favourite.
