The Grand Budapest Hotel was the first Wes Anderson film I ever saw, and it is one of the movies that opened up my world to what movies could be (I believe researchers call this the Kempenaar-Blue Velvet Effect?). Gladiator is good, at times great, but GBH is one of my favorite movies of all time and what I still believe to be Wes Anderson's best film.

This might be the easiest match up in the round, and I'm probably on the lower end of the Grand Budapest appreciation spectrum.
