Having already voted for Nolan twice this round, I went ahead with Into the Spider-Verse. I love Interstellar, but Spider-Verse proved the, in the right hands, superhero films can still be exhilarating. Plus, I think I voted for an animated film at every opportunity this round, so if I can't stay consistent for Nolan, I'll stay consistent for the animation.

Picked the wrong Spider-Verse movie. Across the Spider-Verse could’ve had a chance to go deep. Unfortunately now it’ll lose to Interstellar, which is a good movie nonetheless

Wow, the amount of hate for Interstellar is really baffling to me. The fact that it was completely left off the 'Best of 2010' bracket was one of the most bizarre occurrences in Filmspotting history, but it should have won that bracket by a long shot. And, if you are coming on to this website like myself and feeling bullied for your love of Interstellar, just know that is is okay to love Interstellar and think that it is one of the greatest films ever made, and that there are many others who agree with you. While I also love Spiderman: Into the Spider-verse, it does not hold a candle to Interstellar.

Maria, why are you voting for movies you don't like?

Democracy at times sucks.
I had to vote Interstellar even if I HATE IT!!
But unfortunately it has dazzled people...Non physicists I guess...with pretty images and lots of non sense and stupid plot.
If there is justice in this world, one day Interstellar will be swallowed by a black hole

Spiderverse to the final four!
That said, Interstellar's a good egg, no need to be mean

I'm with you on this one, Jonathan. (Plus, I'll vote for Into the Spider-Verse over most movies, period.)
The fifth dimension is not love.

I get it, people are sick of comic books movies, but please can we forget that long enough to get Interstellar out of here?
