This is the hardest choice for me, the comparisons just slide out of my thoughts.

Golly - a nightmare vs a nightmare for me. Which one was less tramatic?
What the heck to do with this matchup, two films that are basically not in dialogue with the same cinematic concepts at all. I have to go with Tree of Life though, it's the more audacious film, the one trying to reckon with storytelling itself, that is both profoundly universal and fascinatingly specific, I have to go with Malick over Fincher on this one.
