Just stop over reach and impeach the rest if they go outside the duties of a judge. They don’t defy Fed mandated or laws or presidential edicts Stay in there duties as Judicial branch

Instead of a judge issuing an injunction, carte blanch, based on their interpretation, have them first get approvals from the Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court seem like it's become politically activated- martial law.

Clearly the court system is in dire need of reform. The judicial branch needs drastic reform and it should be a top priority of Congress to put limits on the jurisdiction and power of judges. Rogue judges are hampering the justice systems. The Constitution is very clear on the matter, the courts should not have the power to impede the lawful actions of the Executive Branch and it's up to Congress to take action. If these corrupt, politicized judges continue to obstruct the Chief Executive elected by the people then we will lose faith in the courts. Remember, the judges have no enforcement arm and they can be ignored if all respect in them is lost. Time to put many judges under a legal microscope by the DOJ and start taking action against those who pervert the justice system.

Agree w/most above, but we must be careful with what we wish for. I also agree reform would be a better word than eliminated. But, then again, reform takes on an agreement by the majority to win. And, if that doesn’t happen, then we’re on the merry go round once again getting nowhere.
Whatever it takes, these radical judges need to be removed/impeached if they continue to interfere with Presidential decisions that secure our nation.

I agree with Larry Campbell. When it comes to the President, only the Supreme Court or Congress should be able to intervene. The judicial system needs reform with absolute court distinctions and boundaries.

By now it should be apparent that Justice Roberts was the leaker on the Removal of Roe . Roberts supports and gives thousands of dollars to Planned Parenthood. We also got Obama care because of him .Due to his illegal adoption.
It should be as plain as the nose on your face
That those who are paid by Americans are the ones who are destroying this country and it’s people.
Democrats behave like dictators And Judiciary behaves like Kings and Republicans are their anus wipes that are their yes men. Thank God that Susan Rice is finally gone. Democrats have led the Racist war against White people And this racist hag Is screaming that’s the reason she was fired. Not counting Her treasonous crimes had anything to do with it

We all seem to be in agreement that reform is necessary. There should not have to be reform because justices are supposed to be unbiased & not political. I think justices that ate bring political should be removed.
Regarding justices trying to bring illegal immigrants back - they need to read the laws & policies that have been in place for years.

Federal Judges are UN-Constitutional and must be ELIMINATED. SCOTUS is check/balance for the Legislative branch. Legislative is check/balance for the Executive. And Exec names the Scotus (c/b) for them. Don't know how you would DE-politizize SCOTUS, but if the Legis Impeaches them for failing in their duties, that might work.
Terry Delia - 9 months ago
SCOTUS needs to remain but must be depoliticized. The Federal judges need to be either have their scope of influence immediately reduced to only their district or eliminate them entirely. The biased and ignorant Ketanji Onyika Brown Jackson is an example of everything that is wrong with the Judicial Branch.

Strigent reforms are needed to stop or prevent judge shopping and also prevent an out of district federal judge issue nation wide TROs .

I think the checks and balances as established are a good thing. But I think the judicial has far far exceeded their jurisdictions. So much bias that when the President we elected does anything he promised and for which we elected him, even a lowly district court judge can stop it, that’s overreach and must be stopped.

I think the founding fathers had it right in setting up our 3 branch government. What I would like to see is Congress pass a law limiting a judges reach to his/her specific region and not allowed to step outside those boundaries. When it comes to the President, only the Supreme Court or Congress should be able to intervene. If either branch of government commits an egregious act, then if the other 2 agree, the offending branch would be throttled. The founders created this system to allow for checks and balances. We need to get back to that.

I don’t think it needs to be eliminated it needs to be reformed and not used politically against a President that they hate or don’t like how they’re running their administration. To me it is plain to see it is one sided and it’s to stop this administration from doing what the American people elected him to do.

No, I support 3 branches to our governmental system. Just clean it up and get rid of the weaponization rampant in the lower courts used for to overrule the executive branch.

I’m agreeing with all of the above. We can’t do away with it because it also there for our protection. However why is it that the judges ( who are also lawyers) are always looking for a way around the law? The law is the law. Not your interpretation of it. No one else gets those opportunities. And they NEVER should have jurisdiction over what the president already has authority, by law, to do. It is getting tiring. Trouble is the left knows since they can do this, they will.

Way too much power being wielded by judges who were appointed because of their agendas. I oppose doing away with judicial branch which would be a slippery slope but these judges were never supposed to have this kind of authority. Supreme Court needs to rule on what authority these judges are allowed.
If they can’t be reined in, then getting rid of them would be a conversation that will be needed…..

We need a complete overhaul of the judicial system. Low level biased judges should never have the power to mandate or obstruct the will of the entire country.
Don Hathorn - 9 months ago
What these judges are doing is not what the Founding Fathers had in mind for the judicial branch. Reading the Federalist Papers gives a very good insight into the right workings of the Judicial Branch.
I am unable to think of a way to ratchet these rogue judges in short of abolishing the judiciary and reforming from scratch.
I am reminded of a point in time when the Supreme Court made a decision that Andrew Jackson sorely disliked and he told someone ‘well the Court made the decision now let’s see them try to enforce it’. I’ve reached that point.

The fore fathers set up check and balances for our safety. What needs to happen is stopping district courts from making decisions for all of us. Also congress needs to pass laws and stop relying on presidents and Supreme Court to do their job.

The judicial branch of government is grossly overreaching its authority basically to interfere with the Presidents policies that were greatly supported by the last Federal election. In my opinion this is being done on purpose to interfere and delay policy enforced. The Supreme Court must rule on this matter PDQ.
