There are multiple things to look for in a Job Interview. It isn't always as simple as whether the person is a citizen. In Federal Careers - there is the need to make sure a candidate gets along well with others, that they can actually do the work that is included in the job description. I was a model Career Federal worker. I was well trained from jobs I had out in the regular world.
