Do you think those under 21 should be on any part of casino property — whether they gamble or not?

Question is poorly worded. With restaurants, concerts and hotels on "casino property" it would not be practical to exclude all those under 21 from "casino property". Lots of families east at the restaurants, and after all, how would they ever sell out the the Miley Cirus and Brittany Spears concerts without those under 21?
Keep them off the casino floor is more like it.

I think that anyone under 21 yrs should NOT be allowed on the gambling floor. They should BE allowed to enter the casino. One example is at the Mohegan Sun Casino where they hold WNBA games.
