Have you even tried Camellia?! Magical desserts that are not only beautiful but an absolute explosion of flavor too! Once you've taken a bite you just don't want it to end. Her desserts are the definition of delicious. LoveLoveLove!

I worked at Orange and Blossom for a year before I moved across the country and I can easily say that they are the best bakery in the city not only because of the unbeatable pastries, but also because of the level of care behind them. I would be surprised to see another bakery source the best ingredients with the same level of intention to support locally and sustainably. I doubt there is another bakery that cares for their employees as much and ensures their well-being and a positive work environment.

Farina Bakery is so fantastic, i'm sad they're not on the poll. Easily my favorite. They have fantastic savory pastries that add great variety alongside the normal sweets a bakery has, their marionberry poptarts are amazing, and they have the best cream puffs of any portland bakery easily.
