Thoughts in general on the retail experience (check all that apply)

It has declined to the point of no return

I have seen it go down in most larger stores

Retail is forever changed due to ecommerce

I think department stores are on their way out- due to discount retailers and online shopping

I rarely shop in person in more due to the lack of service in dept stores

I still patronize my local dept store

I only go to smaller stores/boutiques where I can still get decent service

I have not seen a huge change/shift in lack of service

I think retail (both big and small)l has been upended and there will be an even greater shift to online sales

Service or not, I still mostly and prefer to shop in person
