I can see a plot line for the ptb if they want. I'm sure it's been done, but it's one that would work if they ever want to make Drew 'good' again - have him be the one that goes up against the big bad (someone that is worse than he (it'll cause him and his conscious wake up to reality and the hurt he's been doing) and winning.
