Sesame Donuts -- any location -- are the tops in my book by a mile! Their powdered donut filled with chocolate frosting is my Death Row dinner request. They sell out of them early in the day, but I've called ahead and begged them to make a few more 'cause I'm in the neighborhood. ???? They are so sweet and I'm happy to have them my money. Take it from a fat woman -- it's Sesame.

Blue Moon Bakery! Their maple bar, filled brioche donuts, and fritters are amazing. They switch up their donut flavors every couple weeks, and also have a big grab n go freezer with even more. It’s my go-to place for a good latte and a delicious donut. A great resource for those who are gluten free too!

Me and my four children regularly drive from Whidbey Island to Portland for the chance to sample the life changing doughnuts at Mikiko. My husband left us because the gas bill was becoming a financial burden but it honestly has been liberating. His controlling attitude was snuffing the creativity and spark out of our small family.
The love I felt for him is replaced and reciprocated ten fold by the suple and luxuriously delicious doughnuts. They have filled the gaping hole in my heart and give the the strength to persevere. I went to nominate them for a Nobel peace prize because they are that life changing.

The best mochi donuts I have tasted. My kids and I drove to Portland again last month because of Mikiko Mochi Donuts. It was a long drive but definitely so worth it. The staff are friendly and everything I tried was absolutely amazing from the freshness, texture and flavor, no compromise whatsoever. Mikiko you’re my #1 fave.
