They should have put money in finding real southern cooks and left everything else alone. I always went there for the pinto beans and greens and cornbread. We tried it since the remodel and wasnt impressed with the food.

I really don't care. Their business...their decision. I remember when I had a business in Oregon. I am conservative. Oregon is not. I complained because homeless men were pissing on my wall to my retail store. A cop came out. I told him my complaint. He said I needed more empathy and walked out. The mayor would come in and give the employees a hard time about filling out a form and presenting ID. Didn't we know who he was. I told him The City wants this procedure followed. Do it. Then I had homeless lying in the flower beds that I had to maintain. Begging for money as customers came to my store. I complained to the Mayor. He told me if I was nicer, I might get help. So...until we are all treated that same, I DON"T CARE. Leave the business alone. If you don't like it...don't go there. Win win for everyone. But, I'll be damned If I am going to start acting like a f-ing DEMOCRAT to get my way. Their store, their problem when it folds.

Cracker Barrel has definitely gone woke. They support the LGBTQ community. The food is prepackaged food that is shipped in and reheated at the restaurant. This decision will definitely affect the company in the long run. There was an article I read that mentioned what I have posted. So now they are on a downward spiral because of their woke garbage.

I believe in updating a business and refreshing, to a certain degree. I would have recommended that the historical business sign remain the same but there's nothing wrong in making some update changes to the interior and freshening up the place. Too many of these restaurants had become dusty, dirty and stagnate looking on the interior. Updating the menus was a positive change also.

By changing their sign and going woke, they are taking away the only healthyish restaurant on the highway that aren't junk food joints! Even though they won't be going away, I won't be going to them on road trips!

Well first it is their company so they can do whatever they think is right no matter what we think.
The thing for me is, I drive from Florida to see my family in Pennsylvania and I always look for certain restaurants on the way, if I saw this new sign design along the road I wouldn’t associate it with the original Cracker Barrel, I wouldn’t stop.
Cracker Barrel wants to modernize their place, but they went from Warm country to Woke. It just doesn’t give you the same feeling of good food and comfy atmosphere, many people are going to turn away. Whenever a restaurant company changes this drastic you can bet that the food is going to change too.
