Absolute disaster for Tech. The O-Line gets dominated, Drones is ineffective, and the defense has the same problems as last season. Tech loses by 14 or more and the O/U is all theirs.
Tech comes out firing and stuns everyone with a new look offense. Drones throws for miles, the defense is adequate for the job, and Tech takes it by a score and a half.
It's a slugfest of teams that haven't sorted themselves out yet, and it comes down to the last drives of the 4th quarter. South Carolina has a 2 minute drill. Tech still doesn't. And takes it by a Field Goal
Both teams move the ball in fits and starts but no one dominates in either direction. John Love hits a 40+ yarder to sneak away with a big upset after a surprisingly close game.
