Violence is now acceptable as expressed opposition: Trump stabbed a' la Julius Caesar in Central Park parody, beheaded, killed in a rapper's video. Every indictment made him stronger and they went nuts. They buried him in lawfare, tried to bankrupt him, destroy his businesses, break him financially, but the people saw it. Finally, there was nothing left to do but shoot him, and they missed by the grace of God. It is my belief that the loud voices of hate are in part due to the obvious Trump Delusional Syndrome. They just cannot get over his presence. The result is that ALL things consrvative are marked for venom and extreme action. People with a low self image need to attach thrmselves to something bigger and that feeds their self image. The fight by Chicago and Ilinois leadership to resist the presecence of the Natl. Guard, is a battle of States Rights, not dissimilar from what actually was the cause/issue resulting in the Civil War.
Ultimately, the issue behind all hateful discourse by the far left and the Democrate Party, is POWER. They have lost their foothold on Americas youth, by in large, and as a political party basically have nothing else to offer anyone in the middle of the stream or the middle class. I left the dem party after I became politically involved. I became concerned because they were very tribal, wouldn’t participate in debates with opposition, and worst of all, they looked down on others in general and believed that their constituents couldn’t think or care for themselves.
