Um, he's pretty much telling you that he's going to cheat on you, so dump him now and save yourself the pain

Give him the benefit of the doubt & don't do anything rash unless he actually cheats on you. Praise his honesty, & ask that he keeps being honest by telling you if he's going to cheat BEFORE he cheats

If you're in love, but it looks like he can't be monogamous, try to negotiate some kind of open relationship situation that you can both live with
