We need them for their mind and experience more than their body so I think not.

If the senior staff members can't keep up with the troops under them they need to get out of the way. All fitness requirements should apply to all our troops, from basic enlisted to 4 star generals & admirals. These life long service members need to lead by example or step down.

Our President should maintain a level of fitness as well. He’s a little overweight. It doesn’t help convince us he’s fit when they show pictures of him eating McDonalds food with his Admin members!

Yes. They should be an equal when it comes to fitness. I believe they should be an example to their troops.

They should be setting an example, not the exception.
The police should take notice. Some are so fat they can’t get out of their cars fast, let alone run after a person. Too many doughnuts ????

EVERY State Lifeguard Supervisor has to maintain a level of fitness to perform their job. That's a Department of Parks & Recreation position.
