I went with "Decrease cost", with "cost" defined broadly. I've often seen decisions to buy software or tech that gets people out of trouble or costly situations... whether that's for regulatory compliance, drug diversion, or eCQM/IQR penalties.

Interesting that the list of options contains a goal to improve patient experience, but no goal to improve patient care. Is that a simple omission, or is the whole list meant to be made up of "wrong" goals?
