What happened to supporting Americans first. Bad move. I would rather pay more to the American farmers who deserve it.

Rather than importing cheap beef, he should be doing more to help ranchers here in the US who have been struggling due to feed, drought, and high costs to maintain herds and have had to downsize over the years. This short term plan will only harm ranchers more. Keep your promise with America First.

I have supported you through many things that hurt because some things must happen in order to make change but this makes no sense. We are desperately trying to save our ranches and this will force us out of business. Better you break up the corporate monopoly who want our total beef production. Our inputs will not go down. Do the right thing. Listen to RCALF. NCBA has sold us out.
This not a deal, it’s a rape
Yes if it is short term, quality beef with no mRNA covid Vax and will lower prices until our beef is brought up to demand. Farmers have been hamstrings by regulation and buyouts of prime agricultural beef farms by giant meat companies, killing competition and quality/safety of our meat supply.

The people in Argentina wayback voted for the previous government, to put this government in its-present,
financial mess. They voters made their bed so now sleep in it! If the USA helps them financially, the voters will only go-back and vote for another socialist government in the-future ! In South America history always repeat it self!!

Importing beef to alleviate a temporary shortage might be more palatable if the imported beef was clearly identified which it is not currently. No farmer wants to penalize the consumer to increase money in his/her pocket but when prices go down the farmer absorbs the reduction not anyone else.
