I’m always wondering where these big ideas come from, like who’s behind this. Just like the Syrian thing.
Could you imagine if someone seriously level headed would do. Vance and DeSantis now!

I think the gov’t needs to mind their own business. Stay out of my bedroom, stay out of my back yard, stay out of my purse and stay out of my body.

Shame on them! To add this at the last minute is disgraceful, unfair and wrong! Post on FB, contact your Senators this should be public knowledge!

I don’t understand this banning hemp. President Trump actually said CBD is good for seniors….I’m assuming that because Trump said it, now the “powers that be” are going to once again restrict something that would be helpful to a lot of the population. Reminds me of that time we were dealing with a fake pandemic and couldn’t get Hydroxychloriquine or ivermectin.

So much for being a clean CR. Why is this bill crammed into action. Where is the saftey data, where is the data period. Is this ban is designed to deter seniors so they will be forced to use OTC prescriptions. I say follow the money there is a rotten apple in pile and it stinks. If outlawing delta 8 and other isomers than there better be outlawing Marijuana, Beer, wine and any other mind-altering substances. While were at it ban all cigarette tobacco use anytime anywhere.

Makes no difference...
However such a subject should not even be on a funding bill.

This is beyond ridiculous, and NO basis in fact. They have NO problem with Marijuana, which has a LONG list of detrimental side effects, short-term and longterm. This needs to be reversed (banning hemp products) ASAP!!
I wrote to the "Turtle", senators Paul, Cornyn & Cruz (my 2 senators) as well as my congressional rep. Since this CR was only a stop gap measure thru the end of the year we will need to push hard to get this repealed after January 1. We must rally around Sebator Paul, even if we do t live in Kentucky, and pressure our elected officials to join him in getting this repealed.

There is a difference between hemp, and marijuana. If you’re talking about banning THC in smoke or “smokeless” products, banning hemp is ignorant. Hemp is ised for many things like rope, cloth, hemp Crete, and many more useful products that improve our lives. THC is not a component of ordinary hemp, it’s exclusively part of marijuana. I’m concerned with the broad language, it should have stated marijuana instead of hemp.
