What’s your take on the ConCourt ruling on customary and civil marriages?
I support it - The ruling protects customary marriages and prevents spouses from losing their rights.
I don’t support it - Couples should be free to change their marital arrangements if they agree.
I partly support it - The intention is right but the law still needs clearer rules.
Not sure - I need more information to see how this will work.
