Do you think Icasa’s new data rollover rules benefit everyday South Africans?
Yes - they protect consumers from losing data they’ve already paid for, especially long-term prepaid users.
No - the rules sound good on paper but networks will probably recover costs through higher prices or fewer deals.
Too early to tell as some users benefit but people who rely on short-term or small bundles are still left out.
