The night before they reach Deeport, with Strood and his men anxiously preparing their “living merchandise” for auction and Thalris anxious to begin the next phase of her life.
As Strood and his slavers are arriving at Deeport, allowing us to meet the city as Thalris does.
After their arrival but before the auction, so staying in some kind of inn/brothel/base of operations Strood has.
At the auction, with Thalris both eager to find out who her knew owner will be and also sad she’s going to have to leave Strood and his slavers behind.
