    The NYT article dated 4/22 exposes the underbelly of this aspect of the law, with providers chasing massive revenue enhancements for the seemingly shady Breast Reduction surgeries (arbitration requests of 1,000 procedures quarterly??? 15 procedures per day that meet the test for arbitration?). I hope states attorney's general are paying attention and Congress / CMS tighten up this process. You left off A, B and C as a choice...what a mess...
