    Hesitant to say yes as I don't believe the provider community can afford to accept less for the services they provide. However, patients would definitely benefit from more preventive/primary care.

    I suggest that other areas could tighten up to provide greater primary care reimbursement. I suggest site neutrality, administrative cost reimbursement and executive compensation to start.

    At first, I was tempted to say “Duh, of course”. But then I realized I’m not sure I trust CMS or any other insurance company to not just skinny back all reimbursement, procedures or preventive. Their goal is the bottom line, not patients.
