Hi, Gov. Rell did what was right, we all want trash pick-up and disposal. But like all utility issues , ie cell phone towers transmission lines ect., no one wants them in thier neighborhood. THis has caused more waste of time and money , and the main reason things cant get done. Its time on issues like this, that science and fact take precedence.over feelings.
