Should water-splashing games on Spring Day be banned?
Yes. They cause far too much disruption and disrespect toward adults and non-participants.
No. It is an innocent, long-standing tradition for children to celebrate the arrival of spring.
Implement strict boundaries. Water play should be restricted to designated areas, such as public parks.
