How do you gauge too many, what standard is NB, FTL and the others going by. If you can share it with us the Emergency Services; Police, Fire, Ems and Emergency Management. Please do so. Then come to your towns Public Safety Meeting. FTL show up and enlighten the town you think, that has too much and discuss your public safety knowledge of the world with them.

Maybe you should think before you type. Obviously you have no idea how to staff emergency responders. You always have comments to make negativity but never a a solution unless it is a wiseass remark. FTL as usual.
