I was a democrat until the democrats started going against the people's right to bear arms. SCOTUS ruled it was self incrimination, Fifth Amendment, to require criminals to register guns. LEOs are NOT required to protect anyone. The gun laws often give politicians, LEOs and judges special rights allowing guns; the control laws target good citizens. Gun control stops self defense.
