Eric is the douche bag that keeps the show well rounded and is fun to watch, nothing more. Yes, we all enjoy his little peverted comments directed towards Sookie and the way he makes Bill squirm in his seat. But other than that, there really isn't much more interesting in Eric and Sookie's relationship.
Bill, on the other hand, actually loves Sookie. Eric could possibly have strong emotions for her, but I don't think they could ever top Bill's. Bill and Sookie clicked from the minute he walked into Merlotte's and she went over to his table. Eric will always be interesting and fun to watch, but when it comes to my shipping, I'll be Team Bill until the day I die.
And as for Same, well, it doesn't take a genuis to figure out Sookie will never return the feelings he has for her.
So yeah, Sookie/Bill FTW.

Eric is perfect because he is such a bad azz! You know he wonts Sookie but what are his plans! I cant wait to see if they put the softer side of Eric in the show! If so then sit back and watch the sparks glow.
