Rio do Janeiro should win, because South America didn't get the Olympics yet and it was decades ago that the Olympic Games were held in a Latin Country! And it is also next best chance for a Big Nation from The South with a Big City on the Southern Hemisphere as host to be given its chance! Brazil is Booming and the perspective of hosting the Olympics in 2016 will also improve the civil rights of so many people in Rio. They need that and they deserve that as well.

Rio would be a fair choice, if there is such a thing as a global community, lets think Global and give Rio the Chance to show the best of Brazil and South America. This gives Rio an opportunity to address the many issues it is associated with and to get People there to bond together for a common goal! The Olympics have never been hosted in South America, now its their opportunity!

The Olimpic Games can't be held in Rio de Janeiro. We have so many problems in here that can be minimize if the correct use of the money that would be spend in the games. I hope that another country be chosen.
