Texting while driving can be dangerous. But what about eating while driving?
I am hopeful that the individuals who said yes (texting while either driving or while sitting at a light) are not in a risk management position and do not have the authority to make decisions that affect the public. I am astounded that the President would have to issue an executive order to keep this from happening. But then again, maybe if common sense was mandated...
