I thought they were played by the same actress, thats why I searched it and found this.
I don't think that Birttany Curran looks like Elizabeth Gillies. I think it's the other way around, that EG looks like BC. Curran is older, so if anyone resembles the other, it's the younger one who resembles the older one.
