  Perhaps the second is the closest - BUT Let you consider:

  OUR CON(verge-net)-S(ensory)C(oded)I(nput)O(output)s(treaming)-US-NESS IS OUR ONLY INTELLIGENCE FORCE which can interpret itself figuring out anything to be SMALLEST and BIGGEST part of US and also somehow only it can selfinterpret itself- BEING - been a COHERENT - BODY!

  There is no more and less only both our material existence in a coherent body and our conscious awareness construing an adequate picture about what comprise our material body in its smallest parts how that parts works in interconnectedness keeping that body together. What are those capabilities which make us to be conscious about our inherent awareness everything to be known before its cognizance! And there is only reasonable question behind that everlasting process we should name cognition and realization: HOW CAN WE BEST USE OUR EVERY INHERENT CAPABILITY and EVEN POTENCY INWARDLY and OUTWARDLY GOVERNING US TO BE AND REMAINING - A MAN or A -MEN?
  That is a further question WHICH KIND OF BODY and its COHERENCE COULD FULFIL OUR THAT TARGET?

  Really very few understands - There IS NO UNCONSCIOUS!!!!!!

  ANY-KIND of LIFE-FORM has consciousness at several of levels. ANY-KIND of lifeforms which comprise innermost that WHOLE what is meant 'BODY' comprise the outermost ENVIRONMENT TOO, in which THAT BODY WOULD LIVE TO KEEP HIMSELF unconditionally coherent. (See: the math what the automorph transformation would mean..)

  THOSE STATES ON WHICH THE CONSCIOUSNESS GOES THROUGH TO RECOGNIZE WHICH KIND OF SMALLEST FORM THAT IT INHABITS AND ONLY THE CONSCIOUSNESS ABLE TO FORMULATE WHICH IS THAT COHERENT BIGGEST COMPLEX FORM INHABITING TOO. THOSE IMPRESSIONS WOULD BE CONCEPTUALIZED AND SELF-INTERPRETED ONLY BY THE CONSCIOUSNESS.

  THERE IS A VERY POLAR STATE OF THIS PROCESS ALSO.

  THE CONSCIOUSNESS could be focused so small SEEING ITSELF HAVING NO-BODY or being nobody. It may be construed for some-body as his/her quantum state of his/her existence. It may be also construed for one being seen no-thing having has nothing. However let you consider the consciousness would not be able to construe any-thing either to be 'body or material' even if it is a quantum fluctuation or streaming of his own consciousness about this smallest parts' state-changes in itself if the consciousness would has never inhabiting a material coherent complex, apprehending any-kind to be material. Any consciousness in anyone must has already an impression or pre-existent knowledge about what to be a body or material. Without it anyone's consciousness would not be able to construe this notion or impression.

  Thus we have to not only suppose, but consciously know the material body is first as a coherence from which the consciousness can start to construe any impression what is it, scanning itself from its every smallest part to the biggest one. This is an unconditional interdependence! THIS IS ALWAYS! THIS HAS NEVER CREATED! Only the consciousness can interpret the constituent parts to be something else non-material, semi-material, quantum, whatever. But it is conceived always living in a materially body too. NEVER OUTSIDE IT. That is an else question how that material body is arranged and also which kind of subtle phases of the material would exist and how to name those.

  What is a very misconception someone can think without a body. Can not. Because of there are no adequate tools for it. So the brain-body complex is also for the so called processing method of the consciousness to handle to interpret and direct how the whole body looks like and what to do for and by it.

  However that also is true the consciousness all-pervasive, and can exist without knowing about a coherence because in that state it construes itself no-body, but it is not meant the consciousness doesn't pervade at the same time the whole what is in fact a some kind of material coherence, too.
