Oh boy is this a loaded question. You can go with either answer & be correct (yet another example of fine journalism from the BULLetin) I think BO (the stinker) should have sent the 40,000 troops Gen. McCrystal asked for not the 30,000 that are being sent & they should have been sent 3 months ago.
