I can see Pawlenty winning if, perhaps, during a GOP debate in Iowa that he is forced to miss because of bad weather, an asteroid takes out the auditorium hosting the debate, killing all the other candidates and any other vaguely charismatic Republicans that might be in attendance. Then I give him a 50-50 shot at the nomination, in that case.
