A politician is to devote more time to public as wll as to travel a lot. A healthy body and mind is a must. Normally decaying process of both starts from 50, as such no politician is to be allowed beyond 55.Similarly all Govt. employees must retire on army pattern where a Jawan is retiring at around 40 and Lt. Col. around 50.
We are 115 crores, heaven in not going to fall, if people retire early and give chance to youngis for their best performance. All oldis can do advisory or other jobs either of their own or in private sector.
