Stupid rules. Makes you wonder why transferring RDO's has to be that tedious, in this age of online transactions. Really effin stupid. Grrr.
Poor BIR Service.
Reasons :
1. The calls are not promptly answered.
2. A Staff in RDO No. 48 is taking the call while eating her Merienda.
3. Some branch doesn't know how to answer calls politely.
Some answers without greeting, and I am transferred to other lines without proper
notice that I have to be redirected for any valid reason or purpose.
