I cheated in voting for Venetia as I have actually read ALL of them. My favorite of the incomparable Ms. H's Regency set romance novels are probably Venetia and the Talisman ring, followed closely by an Infamous Army (really more historical fiction with a strong romantic sub plot.)

If we include her Georgian novels (my favorite period), I adore The Masqueraders, and her first effort, The Black moth.
