Yes Toronto is the most popular and powerful city in Canada. Toronto is the economic engine of Ontario and deserves to become Canada's eleventh province.

Toronto does not deserve provincial status! The people of Toronto need to get their heads out of the clouds Toronto is not the center of the Canadian universe.

I am uncertain if Toronto should become Canada's eleventh province. I am not sure how obtaining provincial status will help the city of Toronto.

In the United States Washington D.C. isn't just a city it is called the district of Columbia and has more power than a regular USA city. Perhaps the same can occur for Toronto?
