Your ranges are way too wide. 300 is probably ideal, but voting for "151-300" is silly, as anything below 250 would represent the onset of a glacial period. 301-450 covers a range from "just fine" to "if left that way for centuries, will melt Greenland and much of Antarctica." The higher three options are simply "how hot do you want your steaming jungle anyway".
