It is not for me to forgive him. It is not my business. He hurt his wife and his family and only they can forgive him,or not

Of COURSE, Tiger is to be forgiven! Who are WE not to forgive him? He didn't owe us an apology in the first place, but since he WAS gentleman enough to make one, coerced or otherwise, we owe him the courtesy of respect for that. The only one he actually cheated on was his wife and his apologies go to her, NOT us. No, I most assuredly did NOT agree to his cheating antics; but then, I'm not his wife either, NEITHER ARE YOU! As for Jammie Grubbs, YES, he owes her an apology! He mislead and deceived HER more than he did any of us; in fact, he misled ALL of the women he fooled around with. No, I do NOT believe Jammie Grubbs to be a ho. I believe she is a decent woman who made an error in judgement. Remember, he wasn't exactly lily white in these affairs; HE was the instigator, the romantizer, the player, the persuader, the leader, ok? Been there. Forgive.

Who am I to judge this man? That falls to a much higher authority. What I am allowed to do is to forgive my fellow man and help him on his path to healing. I ask that this man find peace and restore his loving family to the way it should be. Let us pray for his best and hope he finds the path to peace in his life.

Survey 100 guys, making 100k per yr,purchased several homes, private schools for their kids,3 vacation per year, purchaed a BMW or Benz ,70% are cheating on their wives.Over 50% will be divorced within 10 year. He is product of the very pop culture which has allow this rag to flourish. GET REAL!!!!!!

I AM NO FAN OF TIGER WOODS. What Tiger did is none of our business it is between him and his wife. I am sure he will be paying at home for his bad behavior for years to come.

I adored him, agreat role model etc., what a hoax, I was duped along with the whole country. If he comes back everyone should hold up a pig cutout on a stick when he is there, ilove golf too much to disrupt it, this would be quiet on the course and only boo off the course.Someone I know, a deacon of her church in one of the wealthiest towns in the US can't wait to boo him at theMasters,if he shows up. I never want to see him again, he is the ultimate PIG!Golf will survive, it would if he dropped dead.Would never buy Nike, ever.

How can anyone with any integrity ever trust this low life.

Tiger is a sick individual to sneak around on his wife and kids with a dozen women and PAYING them to be quiet. The guy is a sleaze - not a fallible human being. He went waaay over the top. That's what he'll allways be known for - golf will come second.

  • Olddewey - 14 years ago

We are all human and fallible. The words that apply to Tiger are "Let who is without sin cast the first stone!" Those who cannot forgive Tiger are a very sick bunch. Tiger was WRONG but he didn't murder anyone, didn't send 4,000 young Americans to die hunting for non-existent WMDs, didn't try to bankrupt this country through greed and is paying for his mistakes/sins in his pocket book which is more than the greedy SOBs from wall Street and the banks

I can't agree with you more, jackblack. I also think it should also be said that Nike is the best sponsor and person could ever have, I will buy Nike anytime myself or my two sons need anything Nike sells, ever.

I cannot believe people will not virtually, unanimously forgive Tiger. With all the other problems we face in this nation, especially Washington-and I'm not talking about Obama who is a good President. Tiger will win several tournaments including a major or two this year. Remember the one about people inglass houses should not throw stones. There are so many hypocrites MARRIED that are the first ones to attack Tiger and his family. He is the man and always will be. His talent blows away all the square comments by these old timers. Notice the really classy guys make no comments. Go get 'em Tiger.
