How long should the Sunday morning sermon last?

I like to try to keep my sermons to the 20 to 25 minute length. I have done them as long as an hour, and I find a lot of sleeping at worst and fidgeting at best people.
If I go much shorter than 20 minutes, people start to wonder if it was worth their while to bother coming.
I also was a bit intrigued by the concept of the multiple part sermon. It is not something that I ever really considered, but I must admit, I do like the sound of it.
I think it is something that I might give a try.
    Regards to all,

I tend to get more out of the singing service and discussion type class sessions than from the sermons...but that's more to do with my tendency to drift off in general than anything else. The multiple parts sermon with songs and scriptures in between points is an intriguing concept to me, but I'm not sure if that would be a good thing for me or if I would just be more easily distracted with that. Wouldn't mind trying it out a few times though.
