We just left Santa Ana, Ca. now in Glendale,Ca. next, Ventura, Ca. We are Elks and stay at the lodges. We are close to so many interesting places, parked safely, and at more reasonable cost than commercial parks. No pools etc, but we are here to be tourists.
Yes, my RVing is mostly for business .. I travel to attend and vend at Scottish Highland Games and Renaissance Festivals. Many times the events are in metropolitan areas. I prefer to stay on-site as much as possible. But definately the closest that I can to the venue.
