This report reaffirming the "code of silence" shared between coporate America, Wall Street and the SEC comes as no shock to those who follow and write about these matters. That the problem receives little, if any, mainstream coverage is unfortunate. It's a subject worthy of a book. Who knows? I may be the one who eventually writes it.
