My favourite cover is by a Canadian band called the Pursuit of Happiness which they released as a single in 2005 and was also on their "Best Of" album released that year. Give it a listen.

Best cover of this song i've ever heard is a live one by Ani DiFranco. I downloaded it illegally from LimeWire back in college (before I knew better!), so I'm not sure it's available anywhere now. If you can track it down, though, it's awesome!
