As we all seem to be solicited to be a member, here, there and everywhere, I find it a bit overwhelming. I am also amazed, as I do my taxes, at just how much I did spend on associations and continued learning through seminars, webinars and conference attendance. I admit to being a professional student - always eager to learn more. At the same time, I am an open-sharer and strongly support Marshall Goldsmith's openness.
You can download articles or see my presentations on YouTube. I believe that if we have already paid to be a member, members should be there for sharing and growing others as well as ourselves. If you need to pay for a download then it should be only to support the publishers, that's there business.
