How much of a workout do you expect from a yoga class?
I like yoga to be a workout, and even better if by the end of class I am dripping in sweat!
I like a challenge, but am less concerned with a workout and more interested in doing the poses 100% correct
I am currently more interested in the more energetic and subtle qualities of yoga such as the breath and meditation
I like a variety of all of these types of yoga
I am injured and am interested in the theraputic and rehabilitative forms of yoga
I am mostly just interested in stretching
I use yoga to crosstrain for another sport (golf, tennis, running ect.)
I use yoga primarily for stress relief
